This 50+ support collective is a dynamic gathering designed for individuals over the age of 50 who want to explore new activities, learn fresh skills, and enjoy camaraderie.
Through a variety of engaging events and classes provided by Tidewater Arts Outreach, members can linger active, discover modern passions, and construct lasting friendships in a fun and supportive atmosphere. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with others while embracing personal growth and shared experiences.

Open to adults who identify as or are questioning being on the asexual and/or aromantic spectrums.
We hope to provide an available place for our community to unite, support one another, and talk about our successes, difficulties, joys, and struggles as Ace and Aro people.
Currently, we offer one assist meeting a month, along with a few social events like board game nights, holiday parties, park walks, museum tours, and bookstore

LGBT Health and Wellbeing
LGBT Health and Wellbeing provide back services, social events and resources so LGBT+ people can address the health issues that impact their lives and connect with their local communities. They work to ensure LGBT people have access to quality healthcare, including counselling. There is also a Trans Support Programme ready for people aged 16+, which provides emotional back, resources, guidance and communication.
They also host the LGBT Helpline Scotland, which provides information and passionate support to the LGBTQIA+ community across Scotland, as well as the families, friends and supporters of LGBT+ people, health and social care professionals active with LGBT+ people, and those who are questioning their sexuality and/or gender identity.

CASPA - PRYZM (London)
CASPA is built on a thick appreciation and celebration of diversity as well as a respect for the identify of each member of our community. We recognise that many of our members also belong to the LGBTQ+ community and that being both LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent gives a person unique perspective and challenges. We started our new collective called PRYZM for our LGBTQ+ members in 2021 to give a protected, relaxed place to explore these issues and get to know other similar people.

Wolverhampton LGBT+ run Neurodiverse and Proud, alongside an LGBT+ and learning disabilities community. With all our activities we aim to be as inclusive as we can. All activities must be booked on Eventbrite beforehand to ensure facts is disseminated appropriately.

Butterfly Talks
2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm
Butterfly Talks is cosmos to build friendships and a sense of society for LGBTQ+ people of marginalized genders including women, nonbinary friends, and transsexual men. This includes those that are questionings, multiple gender loving, asexual, or ANY label under the LGBTQ+ umbrella. We welcome anyone that is 18+ and a part of the community, living anywhere to join us!

Lotus aims to forge community for all Asian LGBTQ+ communities by creating a room to get together to form friendships as we discuss a multitude of topics; some as thick as the pressures of expectation to light topics like our favorite food. Mental health support if you're lesbian, gay, double attraction or trans (LGBTQ+)
Mental health problems such as depression or self-harm can affect any of us, but they're more frequent among people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBTQ+).
This may be linked to LGBTQ+ people's experience of discrimination, homophobia or transphobia, bullying, social isolation, or rejection because of their sexuality.
Other things, such as their age, religion, where they exist, and their ethnicity can attach extra complications to an already difficult situation.
How talking therapy can help
It might not be easy, but getting help with issues you're struggling to deal with on your own is one of the most important things you can do.
Talking with a therapist who's trained to operate with LGBTQ+ people may help with issues such as:
- difficulty accepting your sexual orientation
- coping with other people's reactions to your sexuality
- feeling your body does not reflect your true gender (gender dysphoria)
- transitioning
- low self-esteem
- self-harm
- suicidal thoughts
- depression
- coping with bullying and discrimination
- anger, isolation or rejection from family, friends or your community
