Top LGBTQ+ Hotels: Where To Stay During Pride Month

While the world celebrates LGBTQ+ Parade month, themes related to the importance of diversity and including LGBTQ+ people gain momentum. Celebrated annually in June to honor the 1969 Stonewall riots, during this month people establish events to spread awareness and fight prejudice and violence against the community, and work to achieve equal justice and opportunities for lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, and transgender people.

LGBTQ+ Pride month is also a time to celebrate the achievements of the community over the last decades, including the legalization of same-sex marriage.

In commemoration of  LGBTQ+ Pride month, Expedia has compiled a list of their favorite LGBTQ-welcoming hotels across the world for those looking to travel for the festivities this June and beyond. According to the online travel agency, these hotels agree to enforce a zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory behavior.
